Gaston 2021

Named in honour of Matt's great uncle, Gaston Pamvert.  French motorbike riding electrician with a very cheeky side...also a real character.  This vintage of Gaston was fermented and aged in fortified riesling barrels with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and Brettanomyces Clausenii and released in 2021.  The riesling notes are still present, and acidity has increased in this big Saison style ale.
