VINTAGE ALE 2024 (DECEMBER 2024)

 

Inspired by barleywines of yesteryear, this vintage ale is the culmination of years of appreciation. A high gravity brew made using English Maris Otter malt, Kentish hops and Yorkshire yeast. After ferment the beer was transferred to a most desired ex-Pedro Ximinex cask previously housing our unique Ramjet Whisky.
