Lemons for Limoncello – A Community Tradition

All right 3195 legends… it’s nearly that time again — Limoncello Season is back for its 4th year!

Hard to believe it’s been 4 years since this little idea turned into a full-blown community tradition. 

Every year it grows, and we’re so grateful for your involvement.

As always, we’re only using the best lemons — hand-peeled, and peel only — so please check our website for the quality guide before dropping them off. 

As someone once said (well actually it was our founder Matt Houghton!) “It’s the lemons we don’t use that make our limoncello!”

Lemon drop-off will be during Barrel Room hours:
Fri 29 Aug - 2pm to 11pm

Sat 30 Aug - 12pm to 11pm

Sun 31 Aug - 12pm to 6pm

For every 5kg of lemons that you deliver (that meet the criteria) you will receive a bottle of 2025 Limoncello when it is ready.

Our Limoncello is a true labour of love! Made the traditional way, we hand-peel each lemon, using only the peel to craft a vibrant, citrusy drink that’s bursting with flavour.
