BOATROCKER GIN SCHOOL - THURS 28 APRIL 2022

Class is in session once again at the Boatrocker Barrel Room!

Join Boatrocker Founder & Head Distiller, Matt Houghton, to talk (and taste) all things gin.

Gin School will kick off with a guided distillery tour where students will learn about the distilling processes and botanical blends that give Boatrocker gins their unique flavours and styles.

Next, we’ll dive into a generous gin tasting experience. Students will get to sample all of Boatrocker’s core range, as well as three of our current limited release gins, and discover the tastiest ways to garnish and mix each one.

Then we’ll finish up with a round of our signature ‘Braeside’ cocktails, along with a short demonstration from our resident cocktail wizard about how to shake up this favourite tipple at home.
