G is for George 2018/19

Named in honour of Matt's grandfather, George Kingsley Sutton.  Amateur archaeologist, art collector and gastronomist...a character.  So, a beer was made that it was felt GK would love.  George was a blend of two different vintages of lambic-inspired ales, aged on raspberries.  Released in January of 2019.  The fruit colour has faded, yet the bright raspberry notes and fresh acidity are still present.  A delight.
