K is for Kingsley 2018/19

Named in honour of Matt's grandfather, George Kingsley Sutton.  Amateur archaeologist, art collector and gastronomist...a character.  So, a beer was made that it was felt GK would love.  Kingsley was a blend of two different vintages of lambic-inspired ales, aged on morello cherries from the Yarra Valley.  Released in January of 2019.  The fruit colour has faded, yet the bright cherry notes and fresh acidity are still present.  A delight.
