Time Lord 2017

Our second Belgian inspired barrel aged release, the first being the still Brambic.  Building on our knowledge, we were driven to create a gueze style beer inspired by the classics.  The Belgians begrudgingly put a best before of 25 years on the lambics (due to EU regulations), knowing that part of that beers style is to evolve and change with time.  Whilst not 25 years old, our first generation of Time Lord is now 7 years old in keg, but as the beer is made up of 1, 2 and 3 year old beers, the oldest part of this beer is 10 years old.  Drinking incredibly well.
