Forget Me Not

Back in 2012 our founder and head brewer, Matt Houghton, had the vision to distill Boatrocker’s first ever beer, the Alpha Queen; a classic US style pale ale with plenty of dry hopping. The beer was distilled by the legends at Starward and whisked away into a 1st fill Bourbon cask, allowing the character of the beer to not be forgotten. The result is a soft, golden hued whisky with a delicate floral note complimented by a nice rounded oak profile.
